Set Origin — Red Button Click the Set Origin button to place the origin point of the plan. This defines the reference point (0, 0, 0) from which all coordinates will be measured. Set Scale — Green Button Click the Set Scale button, then place two points on the plan. Enter the real-world distance between those two points in the input field to define the scale. The application will then calculate and apply the correct scale factor based on those two points. Notes : - Changing the scale will not move any already-placed points visually, but their X, Y, Z coordinate values will be updated to match the new scale. All future points will also be placed according to this scale. - Points created while in this calibration mode are temporary. They will be automatically removed once you exit the mode. - The Reset button below clears the current calibration and restores the plan's original origin and scale.
You are about to leave calibration mode without completing the full calibration. This may produce unexpected results on the coordinates. Are you sure you want to proceed ?

This project links temporal and spatial data by letting the user manually add trackers to a map, synchronized to a video. The goal is to be able to add markers to track the trajectory of a person or an object through a whole building. For that purpose, the website handles 3D plans, simple 2D plans or multiple 2D plans of a building. All markers data can then be exported in a csv format for later use.
Such a tool can be useful for social or psychological studies, in order to analyse people's behavior. It can then be used to design more accessible spaces for example.
Another field of use could be roboyic design, as it can help breaking down a robot's behavior.
The user reloads all needed information at each use, so no data are sent to a server but held locally.
